Gorefest Updates

Calling All Mountain Bikers!!!
I am organizing Gorefest again for 2010.  I wanted to start this blog to keep everyone up to date to the progress of this year's event. I'm working on a lot of cool stuff to keep everyone going  for the whole weekend!
Firstly the date has been confirmed already, thanks to Jamie Lamb and BNS !  I know people need to book their vacation so here it is....the date for Gorefest 2010 is.....(drum roll please)
August 7th - August 8th!
This is going to be bigger and better than last year!

Things are going very well on the planning stages of this awesome event!

I've secured someone to provide food onsite both Saturday and Sunday to participants of all the events! (more info to come on that)

I should have registration available in April for those who want to take advantage of the early registration prices.  I hope to hit the trails with a few people sooner than later to work on trails and make sure the course is better then ever!

The list of sponsors for this year so far include:
Cogeyed, Sportwheels, Norco, Devinci, Pedaltrout, Cyclesmith,  and Trailblazer with more to come!

Lots of folks have volunteered to help and I will take you up on that offer when the time comes....don't worry about that! I thank everyone who has helped so far.  This year is going to be great thanks to the contributions of many.

Remember that costumes are encouraged and will be judged for a prize, so start thinking.
